At Fermator, people are at the heart of our culture. Through initiatives that encourage connection and interaction among colleagues, we continue to create spaces where we can strengthen relationships and celebrate what brings us together.
On June 19, Tecnoamerica employees celebrated the traditional “Festa Junina”, a typical Brazilian festival where clothing and cuisine evoke rural life and the traditions of farms and countryside communities. The most traditional foods include rice pudding, pumpkin sweets, corn, peanuts, and the most famous one: the “bolinho caipira”, a typical Brazilian croquette made with corn flour dough and filled with meat or sausage.

The celebration gave employees the opportunity to enjoy a different moment together with their colleagues, sharing the essence of a festival that is part of Brazil’s cultural identity and is known for its welcoming atmosphere, collaborative spirit, and ability to bring people together. Beyond the celebration, this initiative reflects the importance of creating moments of connection between teams and recognizing the cultural diversity that is part of Fermator’s global identity.
Another example of how People First comes to life through shared experiences that strengthen the sense of belonging and the connection among everyone who is part of the company.
