After four decades of dedication, commitment, and hard work, Rosa Gómez has retired, ending an outstanding professional journey that has left a lasting mark on Fermator. To celebrate this important milestone, colleagues gathered to honour Rosa, sharing memories, stories, and their appreciation for so many years of teamwork and dedication.

Rosa began her career at Tecnolama, S.A. as a production operator and, thanks to her commitment, experience, and leadership skills, continued to grow professionally until becoming Team Leader of the Mechanism Assembly Department. Her career path reflects the value of talent, dedication, and professional development opportunities that have been part of Fermator’s history over the past four decades.

Beyond her professional contribution, Rosa will be remembered as a supportive colleague, always willing to collaborate and share her knowledge and experience with new generations.
