On the occasion of International Women’s Day, we have received images from some of the celebrations held at our Brazil and Italy facilities, where teams came together to recognise the talent, dedication, and contribution of all the women who are part of Fermator. Today, 26.2% of our workforce is female, reflecting the presence of women within the company and our commitment to fostering a culture where everyone can develop their full potential.
