Is a facility Fermator to confidentially communicate and report irregularities that may involve regulatory non-compliance. Communications may be submitted anonymously.

To facilitate the internal information system, Fermator makes this Channel available to whoever needs it, and its main objective is to comply with the Social Responsibility Policies.

Communications presented through the channel must deal with acts or conduct, present or past, related to the areas of application of the following policies:

  • Policy against child labor.
  • Human Rights Policy.
  • Policy against discrimination and workplace harassment.
  • Anti-bribery policy.
