Fermator extends its sincere thanks to everyone who made Family Day a memorable event. Held on October 5 at Doors Movement Technology S.L. (DMT), this first edition of the event at this factory brought together over 220 people, including employees and their families.

The day began with a guided tour of the 11,000-square-meter plant, where employees showed their families their workstations, providing a close-up view of daily operations. Afterwards, everyone headed to the picnic area, which offered a variety of activities for all ages, including face-painting workshops, inflatables, and other fun activities. The gastronomic offerings included a selection of dishes such as paellas, cold cuts, and local specialties, complemented by beverage stands and an ice cream cart to complete the experience.

This Family Day provided a unique opportunity to strengthen team bonds and showcase the workplace in a relaxed environment. As a memento, each participant received a special gift, concluding a day full of great moments. Fermator looks forward to sharing more experiences like this in the future.
