On September 14, Fermator Enginova Sp. z o.o. opened its doors to celebrate the much-anticipated Family Day, an event that allowed employees to share their workplace with their families, creating an atmosphere of joy and togetherness. The day provided a unique opportunity to strengthen team bonds and showcase the daily life of the factory to 160 participants.

The celebration began with a tour of the 11,000-square-meter plant, during which employees guided their families through their workstations, offering a close-up view of daily operations. Afterwards, attendees headed to the picnic area, where a variety of activities awaited participants of all ages—from face-painting workshops and inflatables to innovative virtual reality spaces. The gastronomic offerings featured a selection of traditional food, complemented by beverage stands and a cotton candy cart. As a final touch, all attendees received gifts as a memento of this special day.
