Fermator Group, the world leader in the manufacture of automatic door systems for elevators, is pleased to announce a key strategic move as part of our ongoing efforts to strengthen operations and expand our global presence. As of September 2, 2024, Josep Monroig, currently serving as Coordinator of Manufacturing and Distribution Centers, will relocate to our facilities in Poland, Enginova Sp. z o.o.

This relocation is aligned with the strategic decision set by Management to reinforce operational and commercial capabilities at our Enginova plant. Monroig will continue overseeing his current responsibilities; however, his previous role as Key Account Manager for TKE will be reassigned.

Josep has been a key figure in Fermator’s operations, bringing vast experience and knowledge of the market and business development. His leadership has been instrumental in the opening and positioning of our commercial offices in Sweden and Germany. His relocation to Poland is expected to foster closer collaboration with the local team, as well as with the clients primarily served by the factory in Germany and Eastern Europe.
