The fifteenth edition of the biennial Asansör Istanbul fair took place from March 23 to 26, 2017, at the Tüyap Convention Center. Fermator participated in this important industry event with highly innovative and technological products.

Nearly 30,000 professionals attended the event, including elevator installers and service companies, manufacturers and suppliers, representatives of the construction sector, architects and engineering firms, as well as certification bodies from 76 countries.

As a specialist brand in elevator doors and recognized as a market leader in innovation and technology, Fermator presented the Elite series. This product features reinforced guides, larger wheel diameters, and front-fixing panels, fully compliant with EN 81-20/50 standards.

The Premium model for commercial applications was another prestigious, high-performance product showcased at the fair. Turkey already boasts many benchmark installations of this door model in metros, hospitals, residential projects, and skyscrapers.

In addition to the thousands of local professionals who visited the fair and Fermator’s stand, Asansör 2017 welcomed more than 5,000 buyers from across Europe, the Balkans, Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, and North Africa.

The event was an excellent opportunity to further showcase Fermator’s latest innovations and to strengthen new international cooperation ties.
