To mark the beginning of the summer shutdown, Fermator organised a series of employee appreciation activities across its factories in Spain, Italy and Poland.

Each site celebrated in its own way, with initiatives including breakfasts, dinners, karaoke sessions and an ice cream cart, providing employees with the opportunity to relax, connect with colleagues and celebrate the achievements of the past months.
