On May 16, the Fermator Group inaugurated its commercial representative office in the heart of Istanbul, Turkey’s economic and touristic hub, to serve the growing Middle Eastern market.

The offices are located in the Akasya Acıbadem Kent Kule building, at the top of the Akasya Shopping Center, the largest shopping mall in the Anatolian peninsula. The location of Fermator Middle East reflects both the high commercial and business value of the area, as well as its proximity to Istanbul’s historic center, Sabiha Gökçen Airport, and the First Bosphorus Bridge—all less than thirty minutes away.

Fermator Middle East manages sales in more than fifteen countries, which, in addition to Turkey itself, covers the entire Middle East region. This area includes three of the world’s ten largest elevator markets: Iran, Turkey, and Saudi Arabia. From this office, after-sales service and specialized training in the installation and maintenance of Fermator doors are also provided.

With this new representative office, the company strengthens its commercial presence in the region and enhances customer service, meeting the growing demand for Fermator doors that has been observed in recent years.
