Fermator participates in the 24 Hours of Innovation in Vocational Training in Reus

Fermator took part in the sixth edition of the 24 Hours of Innovation in Vocational Training, held on December 11 and 12 at firaReus Events. For the first time, this initiative was organized outside Barcelona and brought together 1,290 students from 78 educational centers across Catalonia.

The activity, promoted by the Department of Education and Vocational Training of the Government of Catalonia, in collaboration with Redessa and CaixaBank Dualitza, aimed to bring young people closer to real challenges from the business and productive environment. During the event, participants worked in teams to develop practical solutions to challenges proposed by collaborating companies, including ours, with the support of specialized mentors and a professional jury.

Fermator’s participation in this initiative reflects its commitment to the development of young talent, collaboration between companies and educational institutions, and the promotion of vocational training as a key driver of the productive ecosystem. Initiatives like this make it possible to share knowledge, present real challenges, and actively contribute to the training of future professionals.
