Tecnolama, S.A., Fermator’s headquarters, successfully participated in the Speed Networking event recently organized by Universitat Rovira i Virgili (URV). The event provided companies with the opportunity to present their value propositions to undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral students nearing the completion of their studies.

On May 6, representatives from Fermator’s Human Resources department presented the company, highlighting its international scope and the various career opportunities available, particularly in the field of engineering, for future graduates. More than 50 students showed interest in Fermator’s proposal during the event.

According to Michel Buscail, HR Director at Fermator:
“Participating in this event allowed us to connect directly with highly qualified and motivated students, showcasing the professional growth opportunities we offer. Around 50% of the people working in the offices at our headquarters were trained at URV, so it’s our main source of talent. We’re looking for passionate individuals who want to contribute their skills to our business project.”
