During a week in June, the headquarters of Fermator hosted the 2026 Global R&D Workshop, bringing together technical leaders from our plants around the world.

The week started with a group photo that reflects the spirit of collaboration and connection between teams, setting the tone for several days of intensive joint work. Throughout the workshop, R&D teams shared know-how, aligned processes, and worked together to co-design the technologies of the future.
