At Fermator, our commitment to people comes to life through initiatives that encourage connection, wellbeing, and team spirit.

Last month, we celebrated Hiking Day 2026, an outdoor activity that brought employees together at the Mirador de la Peña, in the Paratge Natural de Poblet, Spain, offering the opportunity to step away from daily routines and enjoy a shared experience in nature.

Participants completed a 10 km route with 450 metres of elevation gain, combining physical challenge, natural surroundings, and teamwork while creating meaningful moments outside the usual workplace environment. Beyond the sporting challenge, the activity helped strengthen relationships between colleagues, promote healthy habits, and continue building a culture based on collaboration and people’s wellbeing.
