Official distributor of Fermator products in the Netherlands, IRIS Holland techniek B.V., hosted an open house at their premises in Zoetermeer, June 19th and 20th. Lift consultants and lift companies were invited to tour its new space including a showroom filled with automatic Fermator doors.

“Fermator offers a wide range of doors,” says director Thomas Uithol. “Giving support to lift manufacturers, maintenance companies and lift consultants is very important. Therefore it is good to have a specialized team familiarized with the generous range of products. Fermator showed its new range of car doors and landing doors to meet the growing demand in the medium and high traffic segment as well as heavy duty, Premium and Robusta HD. “This can help to jump start Fermator’s future. Heavy duty doors are highly demanded in the Dutch market where specific safety components are required to prevent mobility scooters and occupants from falling down the shaft,” says Uithol.

Premium and Robusta HD doors will be available in the following configurations: 2 and 3 panels side opening, or 2, 4 and 6 panels centre opening with clear openings from 700 to 4.000 mm.
