HR Strategy
As part of its commitment to the promotion of expertise and staff training to face and lead the projects presented by the global market, the Fermator Group establishes partnerships with local universities to incorporate values into their professional team, with two objectives:
- Train professionals in the native country to develop professionally in the production and/or local distribution centers.
- Train professionals in the central headquarter of the group in Spain, for professional development in any country where Fermator is present with a production and/or distribution center.
