For what purpose do we process your personal data?
In Fermator we treat the information provided by interested persons to provide the agreed services, perform the administrative, accounting and fiscal management of the requested services, maintain communications about them, as well as sending communications including by email, to keep you informed about our activity in general.
They are also treated with the purpose of managing the employment relationship, the control and direction of the work activity and carrying out the personnel selection processes.
How long will we keep your data?
The data will be kept as long as the interested party does not request its deletion and, in any case, for the years necessary to comply with legal obligations.

To which recipients will your data be communicated?
No data will be transferred to third parties, except legal obligation in the case of data of candidates and potential clients.
In case of data from customers and suppliers, data is transferred to: Tax Administration and Financial institutions.
Regarding employees’ data, the following communications are foreseen: Tax Administration, Social Security and Mutual Society; Banks and financial institutions; as well training institutions or organizations.

What are your rights when you provide us with your data?
Anyone has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not any Fermator company is processing personal data concerning them.
Interested persons have the right to access their personal data, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, request its deletion when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes that were collected.
In certain circumstances, interested parties may request the limitation of the processing of their data, in which case we will only keep them for claims exercise or defense. Likewise, in the legally established cases, you will have the right to the portability of your personal data.
In certain circumstances and for reasons related to their particular situation, interested parties may object to the processing of their data.
