Tecnolama S.A., the headquarters of the Fermator Group, is pleased to announce that it has received recognition from the Catalan Waste Agency and the Department of Climate Action, Food, and Rural Agenda of the Government of Catalonia. This recognition was awarded in acknowledgment of the company’s active participation in the 7th edition of Let’s Clean Up Europe 2023, a successful cleanup campaign held in Pi del Burgar, Reus.

During this cleanup event, 100 Fermator Group employees and their families came together in an exemplary demonstration of environmental commitment and social responsibility. As a result of their efforts, 650 kg of waste that had been indiscriminately discarded were successfully collected and sorted, showcasing the valuable impact that teamwork can achieve.
Beatriz Cano, Fermator’s Global Director of Quality and Environment, stated: “We are grateful to the Catalan Waste Agency and the Department of Climate Action, Food, and Rural Agenda of the Government of Catalonia for this recognition. We also want to reaffirm our commitment to environmental protection and our dedication to contributing to the well-being of the communities in which we operate.”
With initiatives like this, the company once again demonstrates its leadership in promoting responsible and sustainable business practices, in line with the United Nations 2030 Agenda goals.
