At the end of the year, Fermator successfully organized its second MTB outing for the Tecnolama, S.A. and Doors Movement Technology S.L. factories, establishing it as an activity that promotes well-being and strengthens bonds among employees. In this edition, participants could choose between two routes designed for different levels: one of 30 km and another of 15 km. Despite weather challenges and some technical setbacks, such as rain and punctures, enthusiasm, camaraderie, and team spirit prevailed, making this experience a resounding success.
