On May 18, Tecnolama, S.A. hosted its first Family Day, an event that brought together the entire family of Fermator’s headquarters for a day full of fun and camaraderie. It was a special occasion where, for the first time, employees’ families had the opportunity to experience the work environment and the values that unite the team.

The event welcomed 650 attendees, who enjoyed a variety of activities and memorable moments.

The day ran from 10:45 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and was organized in two main parts:

1. Factory tour: Employees guided their guests through the 22,000 square meters of facilities, showing their work areas.

2. Picnic area: After the tour, everyone gathered for a relaxed time featuring appetizers, paellas, a children’s zone with face painting, inflatables and games, beverage bars, an ice cream cart, and gifts for all attendees.
