On September 30, Tecnolama, S.A., the headquarters of the Fermator Group located in Reus, Tarragona, celebrated another milestone in its nearly 50-year history with the opening of its new offices. This expansion responds to the company’s rapid and solid growth, which now counts over 1,200 employees worldwide.
The new space has been built adjacent to the previous offices, which currently house the Research & Development, Operations, Administration, Infrastructure, and Quality departments. The Marketing and Human Resources teams have moved from their former locations to improve the company’s overall logistical and distribution organization.

The new offices cover almost 600 m² and feature open, shared spaces designed to foster collaboration and synergy among colleagues, while maximizing natural light. Architecturally, glass is the centerpiece of the structure: skylights combined with translucent and reflective panels create a spacious, minimalist style while enhancing energy efficiency by allowing natural light to flow throughout.
Regarding the new offices, Jordi Juncosa, Fermator’s Infrastructure Director, stated:
“After months of preparation, we have finally moved into a bright, spacious, and welcoming building. We now enjoy larger work areas, multiple meeting rooms, and an expansive reception, all designed so that our current and future teams can efficiently address the needs of our growing customer base and continue nurturing our relationships with them. We want every visitor to feel at home and enjoy a pleasant experience at all times.”
To celebrate this achievement and officially inaugurate the offices, the company hosted a corporate breakfast the same day as a gesture of thanks, recognizing that the dedication and effort of its employees have been key to reaching new goals and making this project a reality.
At Fermator, we are confident that this renewed and spacious environment will continue to generate synergies, facilitate teamwork with our employees and clients, and motivate us to remain a benchmark of innovation in the industry.
